Surfacing layer hardness reaches HRC 50 to 56. This hardness gives the straightening plate enough wear resistance. We machine the surface after surfacing. Surface roughness directly affects straightening quality for this product. We guarantee roughness Ra does not exceed 6.3μm. A smooth surface does not scratch the steel surface.
