The performance of heat-resistant sliders depends primarily on material selection and heat treatment processes. Common heat-resistant materials include high-chromium-nickel alloys (such as Cr22Ni7), ceramic composites, and tungsten carbide-based alloys. Taking high-chromium-nickel alloys as an example-characterized by a chromium content exceeding 20% and a nickel content of approximately 7%-these materials maintain high strength and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures of 800°C to 1000°C following solution and aging treatments; additionally, surface spraying techniques (such as alumina ceramic coatings) can further enhance wear resistance. Ceramic composites achieve a balance between high-temperature resistance and a low coefficient of friction by combining ceramic particles-such as alumina or silicon carbide-with a metal matrix, making them suitable for extreme environments like glass melting furnaces.
